Botanical Steam Ritual

A botanical steam ritual inspired by traditions of feminine self-care, with lavender for calm, mugwort for grounding, blue butterfly pea for clarity, rose for feminine softness, and calendula for renewal.

Lavender (Lavandula angustifolia)

Lavender is one of the most beloved herbs in aromatherapy, known for its soft, calming aroma. Traditionally used for moments of relaxation, emotional release, and balance, it creates a sense of peace and helps the body slow down, making it ideal for calming rituals.

Mugwort (Artemisia vulgaris)

Directions for use

Add 2 tbsp of herbs to 1 litre of boiling water. Allow the herbs to steep for 5–10 minutes. Ensure the steam temperature is comfortable before use. Sit or stand over the bowl, covering your body with a towel or blanket to retain the steam. Enjoy the ritual for 10–20 minutes.

Precautions

For external use only. Do not use during pregnancy, menstruation, or in case of active infection, irritation, or immediately after gynecological surgery.
